Cramps in early pregnancy?

3 days late on AF and still no BFP but I have been having light to mild cramping today that just feels like pen pricks in my right ovary and right hip. Is this normal? Also up until today my cervix has been high-med and kinda soft but also firm today it has been med and soft to the point of feeing squishy is that normal in early pregnancy as well? Please help ladies I'm worrying myself silly.
