I've been drinking it since around 30 weeks. Not sure if you know the intended benefits, but here they are: 
Helping to induce labor isn't something it's meant to do and I'm only adding this part because a lot of ladies seem to think that.

I drank the tea at 37 and 38 weeks pregnant and went into labor at 38 weeks, definitely helped...  the packaging even says on there that it helps Lol. Good luck to you!

I've been drinking it for the past week or so and have noticed a huge increase in BH contractions and I have dilated a half cm since I started. I'll be 38 weeks on Friday. I really like it and think it's helping me prepare for labor.
