What would you do?

I have some neighbors that don't take care of their dogs. I've talked to my landlord cause he to sees that the dogs are starving. He's done what he's can. I'm wondering what I can do though. The dogs are starving and being left out in the cold EVERYDAY. I'm not sure if theres people I could call or what. Any advice?

Where do you live? There are animal cruelty laws. Call the humane  society or the police.

Local humane society or animal control. Please!! That is neglect and illegal in most places. Poor pups :(

So sad 😞😞 if it were me I'd feed them, personally, until the animal rescue came and took them. Poor babies

Call places like ASPCA, they are basically the animal cops.

Report it. There's little the aspca or police can do, but they will most likely send someone out to check up. That alone may be enough to get your neighbor to treat their dogs right. And if not, report it again. Keep reporting it. If there are enough complaints then eventually the authorities can step in.

Also get smaller rescue organizations involved.

Animal Control, the cops, ASPCA, shelters... do some research. But be prepared because if the animals are found to be neglected and abused, the owners will be held accountable. And they should. Why do people have pets if they can't take care of them? I have done it numerous of times

Call the humane society there are some people in there that should get the dogs removed and put in a temp home
