If not then do LGBTQ people not have sex? It's a double standard if you say it's sex for LGBTQ but not sex for cis people.

They're all sex, just types of it, including penetrative (p-in-v) sex. However, I think in our heterocentric society, penetrative sex is thought of as The Sex rather than just a type. So yes, LGBTQ+ can and do have sex. It just may not be penetrative.
