Can this happen?

My boyfriend and I had used spermicide film stripes, however I don't think I put mine in as high as I could go. Well he proceeded to come in me. Right after I went to the bathroom and cleaned up. For the past two days I have had cramps in the morning, and uncomfortable belly butterflies at night. Can that be a sign I'm pregnant?
