Bedtime?

What time do you ladies aim for bedtime?! Im starting work in a few weeks so Im attempting to start a routine... We try for 10pm asleep( stsrt the feeding etc around 9) but im wondering if thats even too late. There are bights when she wobt go to sleep until midnight even if we start trying at 9 so im not sure the best plan... She is 10 weeks

My little girl is 4 months old and we started her bedtime routine at 8 weeks. we start her bedtime routine between 7:30-8 each night. We feed her, change her, put on Jammie's and read a story. She is then put in her crib with her mobile on. She either falls asleep right away or coos to herself. She has never cried herself to sleep since we make a point of doing the same thing each night to signal sleepy time.

We also make a point of only using her lamp in the bedroom at bedtime too so the overhead lights are only used when it's not bedtime. So far it seems to work well since she usually sleeps straight through until 4-6 am.

Our little guy is almost 13 weeks and usually goes to sleep between 9-10 pm and sleeps until 6-7 am.
