Need some help girls! Xxx

So I had the implant for 3 years, had my first bit of bleeding in 3 years on the 17th November 15 and it lasted around 5 days, had the implant taken out in the 25th November 15, have not had a period since then and I'm 2 weeks late, took a test and it came back negative, any opinions? Could it just be my implant removal messing things up or could I be pregnant but too early to show up on the test? HELP!!
