Exercise !
Hi pretty ladies 😊 so yesterday, I found out I was pregnant. Prior to this pregnancy like when I had my daughter I was very active. I used to do crossfit before and during my pregnancy with her. However, since I started nursing school I stopped and I barely run maybe twice to three times a week. I would like to get an advice if I can START/do squats with weights or any type of exercises even if my body is not used to it without harming my baby. Please give me advice on what type of exercises. TIA
