The human eye sees colors differently than other animals eyes. So to us red looks red, but to other animals, it could be completely different. Which brings up the question: Does red actually exist? Or maybe I'm just thinking too much in to this lol

Color is actually the absence of that color, so no. Red is not red. It is everything but. 😋

Well red is what reflects off of the object and hits your eyes... So really whatever is red actually is every color but red because your cones are receiving the red wavelengths.

I'm not sure what you're asking but colors only exist in the perception of the human brain, not in objective nature. Colors don't physically exist. They're just a certain wavelength of light that our eyes happen to be capable of detecting.
