Blood test

Okay I took clomid this Month ..my day21 blood work showed I did ovulate I unfortunately did not by opks this month...according to glow I ovulated on the 22 well tonight in the Er the blood work was inconclusive...could it be possible it is to soon for even blood work to show positive... Or are these symptoms in my head... Sore breast and super super tender nips...period is still 9 days away...please say yes give me hope..ttc of a year and I need good news for once
