Opk help

Courtnie • Thu, Dec 31 • Mother of a crazy little 1 and a half year old, and angel baby and another on the way.

So my fertile window was 25-31. Glow had me ovulating the 29th and ptracker on the 30th. I got a positive opk the 28,29,and 30. Got a negative opk this morning. But I had awful ovulation pains yesterday. I'm confused on when I ovulated. I thought I was yesterday since I had so much pain...please help
