New to this app. What's the best way to monitor when your least fertile, therefore best time to have sex? I stopped taking all BC a year ago (was on depo for 4 years) and will NOT go back on any form... Can't believe how much my body has changed (in a good way) since coming off it!! Finally getting periods and now I'm trying to figure out when is the best time of month to have sex? Obviously I'll be using condoms and spermicide....
