Stomach flu round 2

I got the stomach flu the Saturday before xmas and thought I had disinfected good enough, but apparently I didn't. I am so I'll from it this time. Dr says I need to just let it take its course and come in again for fluids if I need it but I am so worried what it's doing to the baby. At my last dr apt on the 24 I had lost a total of 27 lbs. I'm 14+1 and am so scared for my baby and it not getting enough  nutrients. Any one else been through this??
