Body changing but not weight?

I am petite (5'2", 100lbs) and nearly 11 weeks along. I haven't actually gained any weight yet, but my boobs have grown at least a cup size and I am starting to have a little belly. Anyone else? I  confused how my body can change but the scale hasn't... Is this normal?

I'm the same height and weigh 110 normal. I've only gained 2 pounds and I'm also 11w.  I actually don't even think I weigh that much. Lol it was probably the big coat I had on. Lol I have a small bump too.

It's normal. Some don't gain any weight this early on and some only gain a few pounds during the entire pregnancy. As long as you are still eating and baby is growing it's fine. Typically you'll put the most weight on later in your pregnancy
