2nd baby flutters

I read that with the 2nd baby you feel the flutters sooner. My daughter is 5 and I still have phantom flutters from when I was pregnant with her. I'm 12 weeks and I may have felt baby or it's gas bubbles. I think it will b harder this time around than the 1st to feel flutters.
