This is my 3rd positive pregnancy test but i went to the doctor and took a urine test but they told me it came back negative. What is going on?

They tried pulling that with me claiming it was negative but the tests they use take a little longer for the dye to stop running. The nurse was quick to say it's negative after only a minute. I said nope you need to wait at least 5. Low and behold after 5 minutes it showed a positive line and the doctor confirmed I was just really early only 3 weeks 1 days at the time.
