Kidney stones :(

Well it started a few days ago.  I had a lot of lower back and abdominal pain. It hurt bad to go to the bathroom. I figured it was a uti and then I started peeing blood. Obviously I started freaking out called my dr. Told me to go to the ER ASAP. My sis took me and sure enough I have a UTI and kidney stones in both kidneys. After a full day there and an iv they sent me home w an antibiotic. I'm in a lot of pain and trying to be a trooper but I've been throwing up and having awful pain before during and after urination. If it continues tomorrow this bad I'm going to call my dr back. Anyone have experience with this??  I'm in a lot of pain and don't know what to do. Tylonal is not helping at all.
