Vaginal Tightening 🙈

Hello everyone, this might be TMI but I was wondering why my vagina has been tightening over night every day this week. I'm 37 weeks and when my husband and I have sex im always so tight, like virgin tight (lol I know right) it get to the point where im too tight I end up hurting him. Why does this happen? Please no smartass comments, thank you.
