ITCHY NIPPLES!?

Lol my nipples are so incredibly itchy! I'm 23 weeks and out of nowhere my nips have been so itchy all day everyday. Does anyone else have this issue and if so how do you relieve the itch because I obviously can't literally scratch my nipples because they are also incredibly sensitive and sore. By the way HAPPY NEW YEAR MAMAS!

I've been experiencing it and never had it with our last pregnancy. I talked to my sister yesterday and she (a nurse and is working towards becoming a doula) advised coconut oil. I used it on my nipples and growing belly last night and it helped. Not completely relieved but it's a start!

Happens to me too, I use the honest company nipple butter. It's thicker and soothes, I also use Ava Anderson dream cream it helps to moisturize.
