Worried

I know I've been posting a lot, but I'm so beyond scared and worried. Only 29 +5 and he's already head down and I'm staying at 3cm dilated as last time they checked. He will most definitely be premature, but thankfully he's a very strong healthy boy. But I just have this feeling I'm going to go into labor real soon. I lay on the couch and my back hurts like always, but it continues hurting throughout the night, and every now and then I feel like my uterus is tightening and small cramps but it stops. But he's still rally active, I don't know if I'm worrying to much or not..
