4weeks today 😱

After been trying for nearly a year I've been diagnosed with low progesteron, I was last pregnant in November I found out early 2 days later  I then started to bleed, this time I'm further than I was last time, does anyone know  if I would have a chance of losing again with low progesteron or if anyone has gone though this too
