No idea what to do

I had sex for the first time a couple weeks ago and did it twice in one day. My boyfriend put the condoms down the toilet and it hasn't been working properly since. I'm 17 but my parents are really overprotective so I don't want them to find out . They need to fix the toilet because they don't know what's wrong with it. what do I do ?
