Closing up shop - sorry for the long read

Christina
My husband and I have an 8 and 18 year old girls with no plans to have anymore babies. I found out I was pregnant in Aug but miscarried in October. Before this, my husband and I were on the path to retirement. One kid left for college and counting down till the next one left (I try to sound like a hard ass but I was a complete mess when my oldest daughter left lol). But after finding out I was pregnant my husband and I were excited and ready to start all over so we were heartbroken when I miscarried. Well I tested positive this month and so excited that I didn't take long to conceive again. I think this pregnancy is meeting the same fate :( no more sore boobs, I haven't felt nauseous in about 4 days, and I'm not as tired anymore. It hasn't been confirmed but but deep down I feel it. Before getting pregnant this second time, my husband and I decided this would be it. If it didn't work out then it would be time to close up shop. I'm great ful for what I have and will not let this destroy me. We started young, we're 33 and 34 so I feel blessed with the time we'll have with our girls. Good luck to you ladies going through this hard time, and I hope your time will come, motherhood is a wonderful thing.
