My boy is 4 weeks old today. My nipples are extremely sore. So sore they feel like hot glass is cutting them when he latches.  His latch is great, he just sucks very aggressively .  I pumped this morning when I got up after I fed him and got 2 ounces. :( I couldn't bf him because of the intense pain.  The pain usually goes away after the milk starts flowing but not anymore. His mouth feels like  razors. Lanolin is a joke and I have been expressing milk and letting my nipples air dry. I need relief because I am losing it here.
