Brown discharge after sex

I had sex with my boyfriend on December 26th and two days later I began having a brown discharge. I usually experience this type of discharge a day or two before getting my period but I am not getting my period right now. It has 3 days now that I am having this discharge. Has this happened to anyone or Does anyone know what this might be?
