Vegetarian and pregnant with twins

Mkmt
Just found out I'm 6w2d with identical twins, yay!
I've got IBS so I have a pretty healthy diet out of necessity (otherwise I'm chained to a toilet seat.)
I follow an 80/20 rule. 80% of the time I eat well -- no trigger foods (like fat, rich dairy, bread, meat.) I try to stay away from processed foods, don't drink soda etc. and 20% of the time I cheat and I eat what I want (within reason) because following a diet 100% of the time is impossible. Although, after a fat-heavy meal I paaaaay for it. 😫
I monitor my protein intake using MyFitness app and pre-pregnancy consumed around 80g per day, or about 25-30% of my diet via protein shakes, nuts, legumes, eggs, cheese etc.
I read that I need to increase my protein to 125g per day of protein with twins. I'm gradually re-introducing chicken into my diet and drinking bone broth but ughhh it is gross. I eat fish and shellfish too.
It's really hard to hit 125g of protein especially when you're neaseauted. Anyone have any resources for high protein meals? I don't eat red meat or pork or fin fish like salmon.
Thank you!
