I had a miscarriage on 12/20 and I seemed to pass what I thought was everything by 12/22. I was only 5 weeks. I had an ultrasound and the sac was gone. A week later I started bleeding again and passing very small clots. The blood was different this time. Seemed to start to lighten up. I also had a sharp pain similar to ovulation today on my left ovary. I ovulated from my right when I got pregnant. Any thoughts? Anyone bleed after the initial bleeding stopped?
