Has anyone went into labor at 33 weeks?

I've been having cramping all day, it hasn't been too bad to the point I feel like I need to go to the hospital so I assume it's Braxton hicks, but I was wondering if anyone has went into labor this early

I went into preterm labor with my son at 32 weeks. I was 4cm, 90% effaced, and at a +1. They gave me magnesium to stop contractions (that I didn't even know I was having) and steroid shots to develop his lungs. I was in the hospital for a week and then sent home on strict bed rest. I made it to 34 weeks 3 days, and then my water broke. I had a perfectly healthy little boy who was 5lbs 7oz and 17 1/4 inches on August 18th 2011. I got to take him home after only being in the hospital for 2 days.

I went into prelabor and they stopped it at 31 weeks.  If the are BH then it shouldn't hurt.  Also, it should go away with drinking a lot of water, try drinking a Litter of water.

It sounds like you should call your provider. They shouldn't care about a false alarm, and they certainly want to see you if it isn't. 33 weeks is a touch early, and your kiddos lungs aren't quite ready yet. Best of luck!

I went into preterm labor at 30 weeks, my contractions stopped on their own, and I was put on bedrest and given steroid shots for her lungs, she waited until 34 weeks to come. If you think you may be having preterm labor, call your doctor or even go to er just to be sure

I went into preterm labor at 30 weeks but they were able to stop it. Go in and get checked out just in case
