People touching babies

Every time I take my daughter out when I run erronds someone always tries or does touch my daughter. It's so annoying and rude. You should never touch someone's kids EVER. My biggest fear is an antivaxer giving her an illness. I literally slapped a ladies hand today because she didn't speak English and she was touching my daughters lips. I can't take it. I'm about to put a "Do not touch" sign on her.
