Discharge for 3 days....help

According to the glow app I am 5w1d pregnant. Symptoms have been: crazy dreams, fatigue, sore breasts, peeing often, lots of bloating and some cramping. The last 3 days I have had some discharge. It has been rust colored. Doesn't fill a panty liner but I can feel it when I have to pee. It's making me very nervous. Any one else experiencing this?
