Normal or concerning

My boyfriend and I were having sex and had to suddenly stop because I was in lots of pain and started bleeding quite a bit. The pain lasted about 10 minutes and the bleeding stopped shortly after. I'm not on my period or even close to it. Should I be concerned? I think my boyfriend might have just bumped my IUD pretty good, but not. 100%sure.
