I am 28 weeks 1 day I have been feeling horrible pains in my stomach low back hips and pressure in my butt, it hurts I can't move much I tried to take a warm hot shower but no . Is it just growing pains or early signs. Very similar to period cramps

This sounds like contraction pains!!! you should call your doctor to be on the safe side.

Try ice packs to help the imflation of the muscles and ligaments. It's very common in pregnancy to have this pain. I've had it for months now.

My dr said if I have cramping for more than 15min this far along I need to come in. I'm 29weeks
