Super sick on the first day of your period?
It doesn't happen every month, I'd say everything 2-3 months, but right after my period arrives I get excruciating cramps and feel really lightheaded and naseous. It's almost like when you are first getting the flu. I'll be feverish and cold also. It usually lasts for about 3 hours and then I'm totally fine again.
What gives? Has anyone else had this before?
