Please any help!?

For the past 2 weeks I have been having on and off cramps, rectal pain, sore breast and lack of appetite. I spotted on December 24 just once when I went to the bathroom. Then spotted again on the 27th and 28st. My period was due around the time of spotting so I was sure AF was coming soon. My cervix seems to be staying high but medium firm. I've even tried having sex to see of AF will show but nothing. Could I be pregnant? Did anyone have similar cramping and get a BFP??
