Could it be heartuburn or?

Earlier, I had sharp pains in or around my left breast that didn't last very long. I went to bed after that point and I just woke up and came up puking and had to put my hand over my mouth because I was in my SOs face and it's now burning from my mid abdomen up to my chest and I still feel nauseous.. Any ideas of what this is? I'm 30 weeks now and this just started happening.

Might be acid reflux I get it all the time especially if I eat late or something spicy

If tums don't work (they didn't for my heartburn, which was so bad ice water would trigger it) try zantac. Its over the counter at Wal-Mart or rite aid or whatever. Safe during pregnancy, has helped me a ton

Omg that's been happening to me all day. I think it's just indigestion and acid reflux

That doesn't sound like heartburn to me

I experienced this with chest pain and started to freak out! Turns out it was only a really bad case of acid reflux. Its so painful. Take tums and sleep alittle elevated.  This should help.
