So I've had anxiety attacks in the past and they hit randomly, even when I haven't been anxious all day. Almost like my stress builds up and then my body needs a release so I have a full blown anxiety attack; Cold sweat, very fast heart rate, extreme abdominal and pelvic pain, feeling like I might pass out and nausea. I had a bad one today and I am 7 weeks pregnant, can this cause a miscarriage???
