Werid question

I was having some smelly light green weird discharge over three months ago my doc gave me meds for it last month and it cleared up now it looks like it's starting to come back .... and before he gave me meds for it he told me to use vinger. And water I did that for two months and did not get any better... until he gave me meds for it last month any one else has this problem?
