I have that. I've tried multiple things and what's worked the best and longest is nioxin scalp recovery. I only use the shampoo, not the other stuff.

I'm a hair stylist and I think you should try the tea tree line by Paul Mitchell, I use the lavender mint one, it moisturizers and it's an anti dandruff shampoo, it will help with your tight itchy scalp.

I have exzema. I used to get those all the time. There is dandruff shampoo that works wonders. I prefer the really strong kind but you may be different.

Try tea tree oil. It'll tingle and smell but if you do it in between shampoo and conditioner, it'll help.

Conditioners too, the thicker and more mosturizing they are, the better.

Try to change the time when you shower as well. I do best at night to have the water settle on my head.

Hats that are damp can work miracles on bad days. Especially if you stick then in the freezer for a bit.

I know it's hard not to ich but if you have to, rub, don't scratch!

If you use hairspray, bumps like these often happen from spraying too close to the scalp. I sometimes get them from spraying too closely!
