Introduce first baby to the dogs

I know that it depends on the specific individual dog... but my 3 are treated like my babies (i totally smother them and need to stop.lol); and I know they are okay with people/kids. But, I'm concerned that they might be jealous? Anyone else have experience of how to introduce your baby to your furbabies? I'm only in my 5/6th week, so I have a while; and one of my pups keeps sniffing my belly and girls, so I think so knows (and we rescued her when she was a momma herself, so she knows and is so loving). But, anything I can do now, like introduce baby cries from my phone? Or has everyone not even had any problems with this?
