What exactly is spotting? In my head I'm think like a drop or two here and there. I took introvale(seasonal/Three month) for probably 4/5 years without having spotting that I know of and then stopped taking BC around March 2014. I just started back on another seasonal, Amethia(?) before thanksgiving, but I'm having slight cramping and I'll check and there's blood, but not the normal amount I would have for a regular period. Which I shouldn't have anyway since I'm on a three month pack. Is that spotting or what's going on? 😵
