Strange cravings

So out of nowhere I want deep fried pickles dipped in chocolate sauce... Really strange I know. TThetast of a donut made me sick today too. :/ my breast have been achy and itchy. Especially the nipples. Still no AF and lots of creamy CM but still negative hpt. ??? Confused.
