Amniotic Fluid or Pee?

I went into preterm labor at 28 weeks. I have since then gotten three terbutaline shots to stop contractions and I've been put on strict bedrest. Today I am 30 weeks. I have been having slight cramping but nothing too bad, I haven't had more than 6 contractions in an hour which is my doctors cut off. And I can feel baby moving around. HOWEVER, I felt like I really had to pee so I went and looked and it was clear like water. I then went again and again like every ten minutes and I'm peeing and it's clear like water. I have drank a lot of water today. Do you think it's pee or am Amniotic Fluid? Just from your guys' experience knowledge. This is my first! Also everytime I walk into labor and delivery my insurnace makes me pay $150 copay so it's adding up. I only want to go if it's nessacary. And if I call them and ask they will tell me to come in "just in case" Thanks in advance (:
