What's to much sex

I recently read a couple should have Sex  Every 1-2 days when trying to conceive apparently sperm need resting period.We have sex sometimes everyday soometimes every other day no longer.We as a couple really enjoy sex I find my hubby really attractive physically and mentally.Should we avoid sex everyday does any one know thanks
