I did not take any foil acid for 8 weeks. Due to awful morning sickness... I threw up lots even my body is rejected water. I'm ok with juice for long while but been eaten lots of junk food. I'm 11 weeks now and still haven't take foil acid so is it too late now? Bec doc been advices take up to 12 weeks. So do any of you ladies been gave birth to normal baby without taking any foil acid?
