Rh- moms

Are there any other moms that have RH- blood and the father having RH+? I have my glucose test tomorrow and on top of that I get my rhogam shot. What are the chances of our bodies creating antibodies? I would like to have a large family but everything that I look up says that it may not affect the first pregnancy but it can be harmful for future pregnancies. Are any of you sensitized? Have you been able to have multiple kids without problems? TIA
