On or Off?!

So I sleep with no bra on and I feel like that's affecting the way my boobs are growing. What do you guys think? Do y'all find it better to sleep with bra on or off?

Apparently it's not healthy to wear a bra to bed, it gives you a higher percentage of getting breast cancer. But that's what I have heard.

No bra  - apparently it's bad to sleep with it on because of cutting circulation and it stops them growing - sometimes it's good to wear no bra for a day Cas it stops them getting saggy quickly haha xx

Bras in general aren't great for you actually. Your muscles will be stronger (meaning your breasts will stay firmer and perkier) if you don't always wear a bra.
