Clear blue 1-2 weeks

I have been experiencing some bleeding for the last 4 days. Took another test; used the Clearblue digital, it said "pregnant 1-2" according to the glow app I am 5w3d. Should I be worried that I am miscarrying as the HCg levels haven't risen enough to up my weeks on the test? I am freaking out bc I am out of the country on vacation. Won't be back for another 5 days. Any advice?
