Small Uterine tear @ 11 weeks

Shelby • Www.thesinglesurrogate.com
Second pregnancy, this time with twins. If you look closely at the top of the screen you can see a small blackish linear area, which my fertility doctor mentioned is a small tear. He seemed rather unconcerned about it. Didn't mention bed rest or anything other than to take it easy, no hiking,  long walks are fine. Possible I might bleed a bit. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a "tear" (NOT a rupture) in the first trimester and the outcome you experienced. I trust my doctor, so no need to question his integrity, one of the best in Beverly Hills, just looking for the voice of experience. Thank you!
