Period help

When it comes to period talk I'm a pretty reserved person. As in I won't even talk about my period with my mom.

But I need help

Recently I've noticed that for the past three months my periods have been 16 days apart with an irregular flow. I have had my period for the past four years and not once has it been regular. I get no symptoms at all, my period just surprises me ALL the time.

My question is..

now that it's actually developing a pattern of every 16 days, should I talk to somebody about it? I personally have never heard of a period every 16 days. If I do talk about it what could be done about it?
