Calling doctor tomorrow

I am on cd41 and my period is 10 days late. I've taken tests and they are negative but my period has never been this late before. I don't have many symptoms of af or pregnancy except my nipples are killing me and they have bumps on them. I get migraines a lot, but I have definitely been having more lately. I am going to call my doctor for a blood test tomorrow because I have no idea what is going on.
